Non Ferrous Cast Alloys, Inc. is an aluminum and brass sand casting foundry that produces prototype and production castings. The foundry utilizes both green sand and no bake operations. Aluminum castings, automotive prototype castings, pump castings, and other products are manufactured with the most current processes. NFCA utilizes the latest green sand and no bake equipment to manufacture high quality aluminum and brass castings in the most cost effective manner. Our diverse casting capabilities allow us to run any order, whether it is large or small, in size or in quantity.

NFCA also provides a number of foundry services, including heat treat, impregnation, x ray, machining, protective finishes, tooling design, core box construction, painting, metallurgy and non destructive testing. Our well diversified customer base allows NFCA to provide a wide range of products including automotive castings, fluid handling, robotics, general commercial, valve and production castings.
