QUALITY ALLOYS, MATERIALS
At NFCA, we know that a component's performance depends on the quality of the materials as much as it does the casting process--we know metal. We know how alloys perform and which alloy will offer the combination of machinability and performance to meet the needs of your project. All of our castings are made from 100% certified metal ingot. Absolutely no scrap is used.
You should also know that all of the sand we use in our mold-making is tested on specialized laboratory equipment for consistent uniformity and molding characteristics.
TESTING PROCESSES
Once a casting has been produced, we carefully measure and test that component. We make sure that it adheres precisely to your specifications: the exact combination of dimensionality, strength and hardness that your project needs.
All of this is just the beginning of our Quality Assurance Program; a program that’s incorporated into each aspect of our process. We continually monitor and improve that quality process, to move us closer to our Zero PPM goal. In fact, every single job we do is 100% final inspected.
